International organization for migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 27 May 2021 announces a public tender for the service of technical Supervision of the multistory residential buildings construction in Sievierodonetsk and Kramatorsk in the framework of the international technical assistance project, implemented by IOM and supported by the international Donor.

Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

The bid must be valid for no less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.

The services being the subject of the present tender are to be delivered in the framework of the international technical assistance project, which according to acting legislation allows VAT exemption. Official relevant comments of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine may be found by links:

The offered price of the Goods shall be quoted in USD VAT excluded.

In case the bid contained VAT it shall be rejected.

For the purpose of unit prices calculation and total amount calculation in USD one shall use UN operational rate of exchange as of the calculation date (the actual value of the exchange rate is indicated here:

https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php).

Payments for the services provided shall be made according to UN operational exchange rate as of the date of payment.

Interested suppliers shall submit their preliminary confirmation of participation in tender on e-mail iomkievtenders@iom.int (any form, specifying name and contact details of a contact person) not later than 17:00 11.06.2021. The preliminary confirmation shall not be considered as an obligation to participate and may be withdrawn by the Proponent any time before the specified deadline of proposals submission.

Suppliers wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of bids on or before 17:00 (EEST) 28.06.2021 (tender’s deadline), along with the supporting documents, listed in the Bidding Documents.

Along with submitting the originals of the Proposals the Proponents shall also submit electronic versions of documents (scan copies) by deposing files on the open file hosting service  (Google Drive Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) or other open files share hosting and shall send separate emails with links for downloading the folders with files to iomkievtenders@iom.inton or before the proposal submission deadline specified above.
