International Organization for Migration, Mission in Ukraine, (IOM-Ukraine) on the 3d of February 2021 announces a public tender for External Financial Audit Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) for the Regional Programme against Traffikcing in Human Beings. Phase II funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway (MFA-Norway).
The RFP procedure will be conducted based on the rules of IOM-Ukraine.

The total proposal price shall be quoted in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). Payment shall be made in the Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) as well. If Service Provide/ Consulting Firm submits proposal in other currency than UAH it will be converted to UAH in accordance with UN operational rate of exchange (https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php ) for the tender closing date.
All Proposals shall be submitted compliant to the terms and conditions of this RFP exercise. IOM-Ukraine reserves the right to reject proposals that are not compliant to the RFP terms and conditions.
Auditing firms who want to participate in this tender should submit their proposals by 14:00 (EET), 17.02.2021. The Proposal should include copies of auditing firms’ statutory documents, registration certificate, copies of the original documents to authorize providing of such type of services, list or references from the most prominent clients and other documents according to the requirements stated in the RFP documents.
In case the Service Provider/ Consulting Firm plans to engage a sub-contractor in order to complete the terms of reference of the Services, the Service Provider/ Consulting Firm is required to submit all the technical and financial documents of the proposed sub-contractor.
Service Providers/ Consulting Firms shall deposit the electronic versions of Technical and Financial Proposal (signed and stamped) in two separate folders on a free file hosting service (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) which does not require registration and shall send the link to the folder containing the Proposal to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 14:00 (EET), 17.02.2021. The subject line of the e-mail containing the link for the electronic Technical and Financial Proposal download shall clearly indicate the following:

UA1-2021-1404 - Provider’s name – Electronic Financial Proposal

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to cancel the selection process at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms.
