The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to engage qualified non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to submit expression of interest as an Implementing Partner to organize an online job fair for approximately 600 participants from Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the project Addressing Urgent Humanitarian and Socio-Economic Needs of IDPs and Conflict-Affected Populations Along the Line of Contact in Eastern Regions of Ukraine”, funded by the Government of Japan, which aims to contribute towards the Government of Ukraine’s efforts to support socio-economic recovery of the IDPs and conflict-affected population around the line of contact and Eastern Regions of Ukraine.

IOM is looking for a qualified Implementing Partner to organise the online job fair for approximately 600 youth participants from Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

IOM now invites NGOs to submit Project and Budget Proposals for the implementation of the above activities.

The project will be implemented given the availability of funding.

Terms of reference (ToR) include specific information on the project activities expected to be organized by the Implementing Partner. The budget should be submitted in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) VAT exempted.

The Implementing Partner will be selected under the Quality/Cost-Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals along with the budget (scanned copies with signatures and stamp) must be delivered by e-mail iomkievtenders@iom.int on or before 11:00 on 7th  December , 2020 (the deadline for submission of the proposals).

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal submitted after the deadline.

The payments will be made by bank transfers in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

IOM will provide feedback by e-mail. In case of provision of considerable amendments or clarifications, derived from the inquiries, the written copies of IOM’s feedback ( including clarifications, without reference to the source of inquiry) will be published at the IOM’s website for all potential bidders (http://www.iom.org.ua/en/tenders/current-tenders).

The selection process will be conducted during the period stipulated after funding confirmation and may include personal meeting with IOM staff at IOM office.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected selection participants and Implementing Partners.
