International organization for migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 24 September 2018 announces a tender for the supply and delivery of hygiene products (diapers) in the framework of the project “Critical winterization and livelihood support to the most vulnerable communities in Eastern Ukraine”, supported by the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO).
Tender procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.
The bid must be valid for no less than 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
Willingness of the Bidder to accept a standard IOM contract form in full is considered to be an essential tender requirement.
The offered price of the Goods shall be quoted in USD VAT excluded.
In case the bid contained VAT it shall be rejected.
For the purpose of unit prices calculation and total amount calculation in USD one shall use UN operational rate of exchange as of the calculation date (the actual value of the exchange rate is indicated here: https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php).
Payment shall be made in the Invoice currency, according to UN operational exchange rate as of the date of payment.
Bidders should take into account that due to tight timeframes of project implementation, the expected period for delivery of the goods is 15 working days from the date of signing the agreement. If the Bidder cannot offer the delivery within specified period, he shall offer the minimum possible time for the delivery of goods.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of bids on or before 14:00 05 October 2018 (tender’s deadline), along with the supporting documents, listed in the Request for Quotations.

Written copies of IOM’s response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be published at the country website of the IOM Mission in Ukraine for all prospective bidders (http://www.iom.org.ua/en/tenders/current-tenders).
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
