The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of European Union Border Assistance Mission for Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM Mission) the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of Diesel fuel with the possibility to use fuel cards, smart cards or fuel coupons at the fuel stations.
Diesel fuel: availability of fuel stations in Odessa city (for Lot 1)
Diesel fuel: availability of fuel stations in Podolsk (Odessa region) (for Lot 2)
Diesel fuel: availability of fuel stations in Razdielnaya or Kuchurgan (Odessa region) (for Lot 3)
Diesel fuel: availability of fuel stations on routes:
- Odessa – Uman – Kiev;
- Odessa – Uman – Vinnitsa – Khmelnitskiy;
- Odessa – Uman – Nemirov – Mogilev-Podolskiy;
- Odessa – Nikolayev – Krivoy Rog – Dniepr.

Interested Bidders address questions related to Bidding Documents to the BEAC by email: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5 (five) working days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids.
The bid must contain detailed description if diesel fuel, quality certificate of diesel fuel, information , information about presence of an appropriate network of fuel stations and shall be submitted together with copies of company’s statutory documents (statute, state registration certificate, EDRPOU certificate (on including the company to the unified Ukrainian state register of enterprises and organizations), VAT payer certificate). Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty calendar days (30 calendar days) after submission of Bids and shall be delivered to the BEAC at 13, Zatyshna str., Odesa, 65012, Ukraine (EUBAM Mission Procurement unit) by 15:00 on 20 March 2017. Late bids shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
