International Organization for Migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 13 December 2016 announces a public tender for the supply and delivery of IT equipment for Mission needs.
Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

Delivery period shall be within 45 (forty five) calendar days upon signing of the Purchase Order or Contract. The goods should be delivered at the following delivery site/s: IOM Mission in Ukraine, 8, Mykahilivska str., Kyiv, Ukraine.
The prices in bids should be stated in UAH with VAT, DDP Kyiv, Ukraine. The bid must be valid for no less than 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
Evaluation of the proposals will be conducted by lots.
One more key requirement is readiness of the company to fully accept the form of IOM model of supply agreement.
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of bids on or before 10:00 27 December 2016 (tender’s deadline), along with the supporting documents, listed in the Bidding Documents (copies of statutory documents, registration documents, tax payer’s registration documents and other documents given in the list in GIS).

Additionally, electronic copies of the bid and tender shall be sent to e-mail: email@example.com by the time and date stated above. Please note that maximum size of e-mail attachment should not exceed 7 Mb.
Late bids will not be considered.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
