International Organization for Migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 26 October 2016 announces a public tender for the supply and delivery of IT equipment for IOM needs.
Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

The prices in bids should be stated in UAH with VAT, DDP Kyiv, Ukraine
The bid must be valid for no less than 40 (Forty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
One more key requirement is readiness of the company to fully accept the form of IOM model of supply agreement.
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of bids on or before 18:00 09 November 2016 (tender’s deadline), along with the supporting documents, listed in the Bidding Documents. In case of subcontractor involving, it is mandatory to submit all the technical and financial documents of the subcontractor.

It is mandatory to indicate on the envelope the project name and the tender number:

The delivery term should not exceed 45 days.
Interested Bidders address questions related to GIS and / or Technical Specifications to the BEAC by email: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3(three) working days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids. The subject line of the e-mail request for additional information should contain the following: Request under the tender UA1-2016-500 to Iuliia Zavertana
Written copies of IOM’s response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be published at the country website of the IOM Mission in Ukraine for all prospective bidders (http://www.iom.org.ua/en/tenders/current-tenders).
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
