International Organization for Migration, Mission in Ukraine (IOM) on 18 January 2017 announces a public tender for supply and delivery of souvenir and printing materials in the framework of the Project “Promotion of reconstruction and continuous problem solving of IRP and population victims of conflict of Ukraine”, funded by the European Union.
Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

The prices in bids should be stated in Ukrainian hryvnias bid on DDP delivery place as mentioned in Annex D, Ukraine including VAT.
The bid must be valid for no less than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
One more key requirement is readiness of the company to fully accept the form of IOM model of supply agreement.
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
The bids will be evaluated by lots.
Payment will be done in the Ukrainian hryvnia.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of bids on or before 18:00 26 January 2017 (tender’s deadline), along with the supporting documents, listed in the Bidding Documents. In case of subcontractor involving, it is mandatory to submit all the technical and financial documents of the subcontractor.
The bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope together with samples at the following address:

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
