Displaced persons on hemodialysis are visited by IOM partner NGO in Dnipropetrovsk (Eastern Ukraine). As people left their homes with minimal belongings, IOM supported them with warm blankets and robes (pictured below)

Only weeks after she had to flee from Crimea, Niyara* gave birth to her ninth child. The boy was born in the Western-Ukraine city of Vinnytsia in late July, on the eve of the Muslim holiday of Uraza-Bayram (Eid al-Fitr).

Ivan* had to take up two jobs to provide for his wife and two sons: growing and selling vegetables during the day and driving a borrowed taxi by night.
