The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) invites the qualified non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who applied in the frame of the project “Comprehensive Stabilization Support to IDPs and the Affected Population in Ukraine” to UPDATE their financial proposals, based on the changes in TOR.
The Project is funded by the EU, represented by the European Commission.
IOM now invites NGOs to provide UPDATED financial proposals for the following: Provision of information services for IDPs on post-conflict return areas.
The changes of the TOR include:
- The duration of the project- from March 15, 2015 to May 15, 2016;
- The currency of the proposal – USD;
- The minimum number of the hotline operators, working on the same shift – 3;

The Proposals must be signed, stamped, scanned and sent to the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org on or before February 02, 2015 before 9:30 am Kyiv time. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Implementing Partners.
