The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Ukraine intends to hire a Service Provider/NGO for the conduct of household survey and verification services in support of IOM’s humanitarian programme in Ukraine “Humanitarian Assistance to IDPs in Ukraine using Cash Transfers”  for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

The bid must be valid for no less than 45 calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid. The prices should be indicated in USD without VAT.

More details on the activities are provided in the attached Request for Proposals.

The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office address at 8 Mykhailivska St., Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine on or before 18:00 (EEST), Tuesday, 9 June 2015.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Implementing Partners.
