International organization for migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 10 May 2019 announces a public tender for the delivery of network equipment in the framework of the international technical assistance project, implemented by IOM and supported by the international Donor.
Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.
The bid must be valid for no less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline, it should be clearly stated in the bid.
Willingness of the Bidder to accept a standard IOM contract form in full is considered to be an essential tender requirement.
Kindly note, that the Goods shall be delivered to Republic of Moldova.
The bidders shall submit the manufacturer's written confirmation that the offered goods' standard warranty obligations remain valid in the country of delivery and that the warranty service will be provided in the country of delivery by the authorized service providers.
The Goods are to be delivered in the framework of the international technical assistance project officially recognized by the Government of Republic of Moldova. The Goods are subject to VAT exemption.
The final beneficiaries of the project are the Moldovan Border Police and Customs Service of Republic of Moldova.
The offered price of the Goods shall be quoted in EUR VAT excluded.
In case the bid prices include VAT it shall be rejected.
For calculating the unit prices and total amount of the bid in EUR one shall use UN operational rate of exchange as of the calculation date (the actual value of the exchange rate is indicated here: https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php).
Payment shall be made in the Invoice currency, according to UN operational exchange rate as of the date of payment.
Suppliers wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of bids on or before 16:00 (EEST) 31.05.2019 (tender’s deadline), along with the supporting documents, listed in the Bidding Documents.

Along with sending the hard copy of the original bid, Bidders shall deposit the electronic versions of the bid documents (scan copies) on a free file hosting service (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) which does not require registration and shall send the link to the folder containing the bid’s documents to email@example.com no later than the tender’s deadline as specified above. The subject line of the e-mail containing the link for the electronic bid download shall clearly indicate the following:
UA1-2019-1566 – [insert full name of the Bidder (without brackets)] – Electronic bid
Additional information may be received via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The subject line of the e-mail request for additional information should state the following:
UA1-2019-1566 – [bidder’s name (without brackets)] – clarification request
Written copies of IOM’s response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be published at the country website of the IOM Mission in Ukraine for all prospective bidders (http://www.iom.org.ua/en/tenders/current-tenders).
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
