The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to engage qualified non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to submit expression of interest as Implementing Partner for the social cohesion component of the project. Under the project conduction of three-day trainings for selected Community Support Group members is envisaged. Suggested topics for the training are the following, but not limited to: advocacy activities, conflict management, gender equality, carrying out community-based needs assessments, developing project concepts and advocacy tools, participatory budgeting etc. Assisting in drafting social cohesion plans with further projects follow up and information sharing about the project components at the community and region levels is also a part of the project.

IOM now invites NGOs to submit Project and Budget Proposal(s) on conduction of the above activities.

The project will be implemented given the availability of funding.

Terms of reference include specific information on trainings, support of social cohesion plans development and further follow up and information sharing component. The total number of trainings under the project is 60 three-day trainings in three regions of Ukraine: Dnipro, Kyiv and Lviv (approximate number is 20 trainings per region, specific number of trainings in region and exact locations will be informed to the selected Implementing Partner at later stage). NGOs may submit the Project and Budget Proposal for one specific region (20 trainings, three-day each) or for several regions – in this case the Proponent shall submit separate Budgets for different regions. Budget should be submitted in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) VAT exempted.

The Implementing Partner will be selected under the Quality/Cost-Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

Applications submitted after the deadline shall not be accepted.

The selection process of the project Implementing Partner will be carried out during the period defined after confirmation of funding, and may include a personal meeting with the staff of the organization in the IOM mission.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected selection participants and Implementing Partners.
