of the International Organization for Migration.

Total Bid price shall be quoted in USD VAT excluded. Payment shall be made in the Invoice currency according to UN operational
rate of exchange as of date of payment (the actual value of the exchange rate is indicated here: https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php).
The works are to be executed in the framework of the international technical assistance project, which, according to the acting legislation, is a justification for granting
the tax exemption for the contractor, as it is required statutorily and in accordance with the Ukraine international treaties.
Please be informed that the winning Bidder’s commitment to accept the standard form IOM’s Construction Agreement in full is considered to be one of the essential tender requirements.
Commercial proposals should include:
- Bid template (please use the link for downloading) – signed and stamped scan-copy.
- Cost estimates of the works offered – signed and stamped scan-copy + electronic version (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Bid Securing Declaration – signed and stamped scan-copy (please use the link for downloading);
- Certificate of the entity registration, tax payer certificate, Charter (if available) – copies;
- Reference list and key clients’ feedback.
Bid template should include a detailed description of technology of the works execution for each object, specifying the details of the main materials to be used (article, trademark, etc.).
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.

The evaluation of bids will be performed on the following criteria:
Compliance with Terms of Reference, level of technology and quality of materials
Period of works execution
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit their bids by 14:00 on 10.02.2017, along with the set of the tender documents.
Commercial proposals must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before the specified time and date.
Note that the size of the letter shall not exceed 10 Мb.
