International organization for migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 02 February 2017 announces a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply and Delivery of IT and Telecommunication Equipment for the State Border Guard Service (SBGS) of Ukraine in the framework of project “Supporting Recovery and Sustainable Solutions for Internally Displaced Persons and the Conflict-Affected Population in Ukraine”, funded by the European Union.
The RFQ procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

The prices in quotation shall be without Value Added Tax (VAT) and shall be stated in US dollars, delivered customs duties paid to Kyiv, 54a Narodna Street (DDP- Kyiv, 54a Narodna Street) – INCOTERM 2010 .
The bid must be valid for no less than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
Bids will be evaluated by lots.
Payment will be done in the currency of the invoice according to the UN operational rate of exchange for the date of payment.
Companies wishing to participate in the RFQ process should submit their quotations in original copies on or before 10:00 27 February 2017, along with the supporting documents, listed in the RFQ documents. In case of subcontractor involving, it is mandatory to submit all the technical and financial documents of the subcontractor.
The quotations shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the prescribed marking:

Written copies of IOM’s response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be published at the country website of the IOM Mission in Ukraine for all prospective suppliers (http://www.iom.org.ua/en/tenders/current-tenders).
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
