The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Ukraine intends to hire a Service Provider/NGO to conduct the Sociological research of public opinion among travelers and border area inhabitants on corruption in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
The bid must be valid for no less than 45 calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid. The prices should be indicated in USD without VAT. Proposals including VAT will be rejected. The payment will be effected in Ukrainian Hryvnas according to IOM operational rate on the date of payment (link on the website with exhange rates: http://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.aspx).

The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
The originals of bids must be submitted to the BEAC in the sealed envelopes with tender reference UA1-2016-419 “Sociological research of public opinion among travelers and border area inhabitants on corruption in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine” to the address: 8 Mykhailivska St., Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine on or before 18:00, 21 September 2016 and by e-mail email@example.com (Up to 7 Mb). Late bids shall be rejected.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Implementing Partners/Service Providers.
