International organization for migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on July 29, 2011 announces a public tender for procurement of boarding games for the benefit of the secondary schools and NGOs. The activity is a part of the project titled “Prevention of Human Trafficking through Social Work and Community Mobilization”, financed by the Swiss Confederation and implemented by IOM.

The bid must be valid for no less than 30 calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
The prices in the bids should be stated in Ukrainian Hryvnias.
One more key requirement is readiness of the company to fully accept the form of IOM model agreement (to download here in MC Word format).
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit their bids by August 10, 2011. The bid should include copies of companies’ statutory documents, EDRPOU certificate (on including the company to the unified Ukrainian state register of enterprises and organizations), VAT payer certificate, list or references from the most prominent clients, technical and financial proposals.
It is recommended to submit originals of the bids in the sealed envelops to: Valeria Brahileva, 8, Mykhailivska St., Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.
